Giuseppe Capalbo from the University of Rome Tor Vergata presented EcoLingua at the 34th International Conference on British and American Studies, hosted by the West University of Timișoara, Romania, from 14 to 16 May 2026.
The conference, titled “Reconfiguring Borders and Boundaries in/through the Lens of Literature, Language and Culture”, brought together work across literary, linguistic and cultural studies. Capalbo contributed the paper “An Environmental Toolkit for EFL: Presenting the EcoLingua Project”.
His presentation introduced the project within the conference’s English language teaching programme, connecting EcoLingua’s environmental focus with the interests of researchers and educators in the field.
