On 16–17 September 2026, Elisabetta Marino organised the international conference “Fragile Worlds, Shared Stories: Ecology, Literature, and Teaching in Times of Change” at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
In her introductory contribution, Marino highlighted the importance of integrating ecological themes into teaching and presented EcoLingua as a concrete example of this approach. The programme also brought together scholars from India to share their perspectives and contributions.
The conference connected environmental questions with literature and education, offering a setting in which the project’s work could enter a wider academic discussion. The programme and photographs document presentations and exchanges at Tor Vergata.
For EcoLingua, the event provided an opportunity to share its approach with scholars whose interests intersect with ecological teaching and to continue dialogue beyond the project partnership.
